Next Steps

Now that you have been accepted at Our Lady of the Lake University, here are your next steps:

Check your Application Status Page regularly. This is where you will find your acceptance letter and credentials to access “self service” to view your financial aid status. Once you submit your enrollment deposit, you will also be able to complete your housing application, submit your meningitis vaccination, and sign up for Lake Day Orientation.

Pay Your Deposit

Complete the FAFSA and Apply for Financial Aid (If you have not already done so)

Once you complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), we will provide you with your scholarship award package. We will explain the scholarships and financial aid programs that are available to you and assist you with finalizing arrangements. 

Use OLLU school code 003598 to ensure we receive your information.

Submit your Residence Hall Application (If you plan to live on campus)

This step is available in the OLLU Application Status page within three days after you submit your enrollment deposit. Once you log in, click on the next steps tab where you will be able to submit your housing application or submit your enrollment deposit depending on your status.

Sign up for Lake Day Orientation   

After you have submitted your enrollment deposit, you will be able to register for Lake Day Orientation.

Set up a Payment Plan or Make Payment Arrangements

This step will be available through the “Student Finance" link in the “Self-Service” section. This step must be completed before classes begin (see deadlines on the Student Business Office webpage).

Complete this step during Lake Day Orientation and receive a free T-shirt.

Submit your Final Transcripts and Test Scores

Submit your final transcripts - You are required to submit your final high school transcripts, which includes your date of graduation, prior to the start of the fall semester. Submit your official test scores if you selected to submit standardized test score (SAT/ACT) with your application for admission.
