Now that you have been accepted at Our Lady of the Lake University, here are your next steps:
Check your Application Status Page regularly. This is where you will find your acceptance letter and credentials to access “Self-Service” to view your financial aid and scholarship status. If you have not applied for financial aid and plan to do so, you should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible.

The $100 deposit will be applied to your tuition bill after you attend an advising and registration appointment. The deposit is required before you can complete the next steps.Pay your Deposit
After completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and submitting it to OLLU, be on the look out for your Financial Aid Award letter from the OLLU Financial Aid Office. Once you have received your award, set up an appointment to review your award and have your questions answered.

2. Before Lake Day Orientation
This step will be available on your OLLU Application Status page once you have submitted the $100 enrollment deposit. You will not be able to submit the housing application if you have not submitted an enrollment deposit. Once you have submitted your enrollment deposit and the housing application is available, click on the next steps tab to complete your application and submit your application fee. Submit your housing application before Dec. 1 to save $100 on the fee. The OLLU housing fee is $200 after Dec. 1 for later applicants. Students who apply on or before Dec. 15 will receive housing assignment updates by Dec. 16. Students who apply on or after Dec. 16 will receive their housing confirmation the week of January 9, 2023. Move-in is on Jan. 14, 2023.
OLLU requires all students to have health insurance and places the fee for student health insurance on the student bill. Students who have their own health insurance can remove the fee from their bill by providing proof of insurance and waiving the OLLU-provided insurance. Instructions are available on the OLLU Health Services web page.
This step will be available through the “Student Finance" link in the “Self-Service
” (requires your OLLU username and password) section. This step should be completed
before attending Lake Day Orientation. Once you complete this step, you are eligible
for a free T-shirt from the Student Business Office.

3. Before Classes Begin
You must ask your high school to submit your final transcript with graduation date. It can be submitted electronically or to the address below. In addition, if you opted to submit test scores but have not submitted an official SAT or ACT score report, ask your high school counselor to include a score report with your transcript. Score reports also can be requested from College Board (SAT) or ACT. Use the following OLLU test codes: ACT - 4140, SAT - 6550. If you have any Dual Credit or Advanced Placement credits, please submit them to the Admissions Office.

Texas State law (SB 62) mandates that all entering students under the age of 22 provide a certificate signed by a health care provider or an official immunization record verifying that the student has been vaccinated against bacterial meningitis or has received a booster during the five years preceding admission to the university.
