International Team
Designated School Officials and International Student Support
Our Lady of the Lake University’s Designated School Officials, also known as DSOs, support international students throughout every stage of their educational journey in the United States. From the admissions process through graduation, the OLLU international team helps students understand immigration requirements, maintain F-1 student status, complete required documentation and connect with campus resources that support academic and personal success.
OLLU welcomes students from around the world and is proud to provide a supportive learning environment in San Antonio, Texas. International students at OLLU benefit from small class sizes, personalized attention from faculty and staff, leadership opportunities, community engagement and a campus culture focused on service and academic excellence.
Designated School Officials serve as official liaisons between international students, OLLU and the U.S. government. The team manages student records through the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System, commonly known as SEVIS, and assists students with immigration documentation including Form I-20 for F-1 student visas.
The international student services team helps students navigate important academic and immigration-related processes while supporting their transition to life and education in the United States. Whether students are applying to OLLU for the first time, transferring from another institution or preparing for graduation, the international team is available to guide them through each step.
