Special Events

University Police Officers provide security for events that take place on campus. To schedule security for an event, contact Natalie Carrera at ncarrera@ollusa.edu or 210-431-6581 with the following information at least one week prior to the event:

  • Date of event
  • Event start time
  • Event end time
  • Type of event (wedding, athletic event, reception, etc.)
  • Number of attendees expected
  • Whether or not alcohol will be served
  • Name and number of the point of contact
