Confidential Support Services
OLLU Confidential Services
Submitting a report does not require survivors to pursue a formal complaint. However, OLLU may choose to investigate based on safety risks and university obligations. OLLU can provide supportive measures including no-contact directives, classroom adjustments, workplace accommodations, housing support and connections to on-campus and community resources.

Privacy and Confidentiality
OLLU is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals involved in the investigation and resolution of a Title IX report while balancing university obligations under federal and state law.
Privacy means information related to a Title IX report is shared only with university employees who need the information to assess, investigate and resolve the report.
Student education records are protected under FERPA and applicable law.
Confidentiality applies to certain relationships protected by law, including licensed counselors, mental health professionals and ordained clergy.
Confidential employees can help students understand reporting options, counseling services, medical support, academic accommodations and legal resources without automatically reporting information to the Title IX Coordinator unless required by law.
