School of Business
and Leadership

The School of Business and Leadership (SBL) is home to Our Lady of the Lake University's programs in accounting, business, cybersecurity, finance, health care management, leadership, management and marketing.

The business programs are nationally accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). In addition, OLLU is part of the SAP University Alliance Program, an initiative that brings SAP (Systems Applications and Products) software, knowledge and skills into university classrooms around the world. Students learn how to apply the latest technology in a business context, integrate business strategy and processes and put information technology theory into practice. OLLU is the only local university that is part of the SAP program, giving OLLU graduates a competitive edge with prospective employers.

In support of the mission of the university, the School of Business and Leadership provides a person-centered ethical learning environment for innovative business education that focuses on real-world application delivered by professionally qualified faculty who integrate global issues, ethics, critical thinking and technology.

SBL Highlights

OLLU's cybersecurity program is certified by the National Security Agency (NSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS).The university has also been designated as as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education by the National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security. 

Business students complete internships with top area businesses including Rackspace, State Farm, Capital One Bank and Citibank.

The School of Business and Leadership is a member of the SAP University Alliance program giving students competitive skills in using the latest technology in a business context.
