Beginning in fall 2020, there will be no extra fees for books and digital course materials for OLLU undergraduate students. Textbooks will be available through the Bookstore at the beginning of the semester and digital materials will be available through Blackboard.

Yvette Benavides, professor of English, won first place in commentary from the Public Media Journalists Association (PMJA) for her piece, "The Human Cost of a Broken Border," which aired in June 2019 on "Texas Matters" on Texas Public Radio (TPR).
