Impact of OLLU: OLLU has taught me the value of community. I have made lifelong friendships and mentorships that I will continue to carry for the rest of my life. I now possess skills that will enhance my future career in ways I could have never imagined.

An important lesson learned: You are your biggest advocate, but you are also an advocate for those who do not have a voice.

Plans for the future: I plan on attending nursing school following graduation. I hope to continue my education and further my degree to better help my community. My degree has opened up the passion I have for health care and my neighborhood.
