Request for Event Accommodations
Our Lady of the Lake University provides reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities at special events with adequate notice. To request a disability accommodation for events, please complete and submit this form at least five university business days prior to the event (if an event is posted less than five days prior to the event, please complete and submit the form as soon as possible and the university will make reasonable efforts to provide accommodations). If you need assistance completing this form or an alternate format, please email adapublic@ollusa.edu or call 210-434-6711 and ask to speak to the Compliance Officer.
OLLU is committed to providing access to the university for people with disabilities. This form is for people with disabilities to request accommodations to attend university events. If you simply want to RSVP for an event, please do not use this form. Please note that the university does not provide transportation, wheelchairs, scooters or other mobility devices. Handicap spaces will be available at the university for cars with DMV plates or placards. Cars illegally parked in these spaces may be towed.
