Randall Garza joined Our Lady of the Lake in May 2012 as the Retention Coordinator. Previously, Garza worked as the Specialist in Student Activities at South Texas College (STC), where his primary responsibility was for student leadership programming. He oversaw programs on five campuses for more than thirty thousand students. Additionally, in his role at STC, he supported students from varying cultural and economic backgrounds; focusing on meeting students’ needs related to retention, advisement, programming and community service. He is currently in OLLU’s doctoral leadership studies program and encourages all faculty, staff and students to visit the retention office for any assistance and collaboration efforts.
