The fourth floor, which sustained the most damaged, has been completely rebuilt. The layout of the offices has been changed and an additional elevator has been added.
The third floor is the new home of the School of Business and Leadership. It features an executive leadership training area, all new classrooms and faculty offices and a student common area with a lounge area and computer lab.
The second floor also features a student common area, new classrooms and a new state-of-the-art multimedia center for communication arts students.
On the first floor, the Renaissance Parlors have been restored to their original beauty and across the entry way, a new University Welcome Center has been created. Down the hall, the walls between the three Gold Dining Rooms have been opened up to create one large dining space for students.
Because of the support of our alumni and the community, the tragedy of the fire has been turned into a blessing for our students. The historic charm of Main Building has been restored while the building has been completely updated with the latest in educational technology and safety features.
