Background:

David Sanor teaches courses in composition, linguistics, and ESL teaching methodology.  His primary interests are in second language acquisition theory and in teaching argumentative writing.  He has also recently become interested in online and distance teaching and learning.  Prior to his arrival at Our Lady of the Lake University in 1977, he taught at the University of Shiraz in Shiraz, Iran.
