|MEET A PSYCHOLOGY MAJOR...
OLLU offers two specializations in the M.S. in Psychology Program:
Both specializations are offered on the San Antonio campus; the Family and Individual Psychotherapy Specialization is also offered on the OLLU Houston campus. San Antonio students complete a portion of their practica requirements at the department’s training clinic, the Community Counseling Service. Houston students complete their practica requirements at Houston area clinics and agencies.

Graduate students with conversational proficiency in Spanish may elect to obtain the certificate in (PSSSP). The goal of the PSSSP program is to prepare practitioners to be equally competent in the delivery of psychological services in Spanish and in English in order to serve the growing number of clients who prefer to receive services in Spanish. Students in the MS in Psychology program may also opt to complete a certificate in Violence Prevention and Intervention. This certificate program requires courses in addition to those required for the degree.
