Prepare your personal statement. Select and answer ONE of the following: 1) Community Service Statement Describe how you have reached out to help others and/or how you have been involved in your community. Elaborate on why you decided to help out or get involved in your community, and what you received in return—that is, what you learned or how it made you feel. Think in broad terms. 2) Motivational Statement What attracts you to the Providence Leadership Program (PLP)? What do you hope to gain by being a PLP member? What could you contribute to the PLP program? Set up a personal interview with Sr. Isabel Ball, CDP. You can do so by contacting her at iball@ollusa.edu or visiting her in the Elliott House, Rm. 202. This interview must be set up BEFORE submitting your application. You will provide your interview date and time on the form.
