THE RETENTION OFFICE

The primary goal of the Retention Office is to guide students to graduation at Our Lady of the Lake University. The Retention Office collaborates with university faculty and staff to make sure students receive a quality education and have the necessary tools to complete their degree programs.

FOR STUDENTS
We utilize technology and various campus support staff so that undergraduates have the necessary resources they need throughout the academic year to be successful. The staff works diligently to assist students as they navigate the college experience. In addition,the Retention Office act as advocates on behalf of all students to ensure they persist to graduation.

FOR PARENTS
The most difficult part of the college transition that parents and students face is getting accustomed to the rigor of college coursework. The mission of the Retention Office is to ensure that your son or daughter is successful while at OLLU. We encourage you to continue to encourage your son or daughter during this new journey and we will reinforce this effort. We will provide you with resources to ensure that you are equipped with information you need to help your son or daughter be successful. Please feel free to contact us if we can assist you in any way.
