A combination of academic theory and experiential learning, our master's program teaches you how to immediately increase your leadership ability.

Take a deep dive into the fundamentals of leadership with a focus on practical application. Expert faculty practitioners provide an in-depth, real-world education focused on the practical application of leadership philosophy.

Earn your degree face-to-face every other Saturday, with online and hybrid options also available. Fit a two-year master's program into your busy schedule and study in a cohort while you work. Apply on Monday what you learn on Saturday.

Guided by ethics, servant leadership and faith-based principles of leadership and stewardship, this degree prepares you to lead in a variety of industries. Graduates work in business, education, healthcare leadership and more.

Applications received after these dates will be considered on a space-available basis. Final deadline is two weeks prior to the start of classes.


Admission Requirements

  • Application and nonrefundable application fee
  • Official graduate and undergraduate transcripts
  • Two letters of professional recommendation regarding the applicant's leadership qualities and potential for graduate work
  • Resume of professional work experience
  • 3-5 page personal statement

Faculty

All of the Leadership Studies Department full-time faculty members hold doctoral degrees. In addition, they have extensive professional experience from the business, education, public service, military and nonprofit fields. They bring the combination of academic and professional experience to the classroom to develop leadership skills in students that carry across all disciplines.
