Our Lady of the Lake University's (OLLU) Department of Leadership Studies and the Office of Graduate Admissions invite you to our Virtual Information Session.

The department offers a PhD in Leadership Studies and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.

The programs focus on leadership and management theories, strategies, processes, synthesis, and research, as well as critical thinking, ethics and morality, conflict management, decision-making, multi-cultural issues, legal issues, and communication. At OLLU we offer programs to develop leaders who are ready to assume complex responsibilities and strategic leadership roles.

Meet with program directors and learn how OLLU can enhance your leadership skills through courses such as Leadership Strategies and Processes, Conflict Management for Leaders, and Multi-Cultural Issues in Leadership.
