College Credit for Heroes
Our Lady of the Lake University has partnered with the Texas Workforce Commission and Central Texas College to offer the College Credit for Heroes (CCH) program. Through the program, active duty, retired and separated service members can receive college credit for their military experience and training.
By receiving credit for prior experiences, service members are able to obtain their degrees quicker and expedite their entry into the workforce.
To determine the credits that will be awarded by OLLU, complete the following steps:
- Register as a CCH user at https://www.collegecreditforheroes.org/ and you will receive an estimate of credits based on your military occupation and service schools you attended.
- Request an evaluation of your military educational experiences.
- Request that your CCH transcript be sent to OLLU.
