In order to login into Lake Online use the following information:

On the ollusa.edu home page, select MyOLLU in the top, right corner.

On the authentication page, input your
User ID: Enter your WebAdvisor/e-mail login
Password: Enter your OLLU e-mail password

    1. I am having problems uploading an assisgnment and or have the wrong java.

    2. Cannot upload assignment. I get a red x where My Computer should be.
    Make sure to pay attention to the screens you get when you login in to Lake Online. Make sure you run Java and allow certificates from that site. Here’s an image of the Run Java prompt.

    3. I have Office 2003 and I’m getting files from people that have Office 2007 and I can’t see them, what can I do?
    There is a patch that you can download and install on your machine that will enable you to see Office 2007 documents.

    4I'm trying to download a document and it keeps saving as a .zip file. The document you are trying to download was created in Office 2007.
