Research Guides

Research Guides are designed by OLLU librarians to help students map a research strategy on particular topics. Use of a guide can simplify and searching by:

(1)
directing students to relevant library and online resources including -- as appropriate -- books, journal articles, web sites, and citation and full text databases

(2)
by providing relevant usage tips, especially in the context of database searches

(3)
by emphasizing the unique purpose and value of each resource type at different stages in the research process.
