About the Facilitators
Dr. William Ishee has more than 35 years of human resources experience from director to vice president of HR in public education. His expertise covers contracts, compensation, strategic planning, leadership training, risk management, mediation and arbitration, pensions and benefits as well as employee counseling and policy development. He is a professor of Human Resources and Management courses at Our Lady of the Lake University.
Dr. Ashley F. Fields has more than 20 years experience in human resources and has taught on the faculties of four major universities. Dr. Fields is an SPHR® and holds Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, MBA and Doctorate of Business Administration degrees.
