MS in Information Systems and Security, Our Lady of the Lake University; BS in Business Management, Nova Southeastern University.
Bio:
Kevin Barton has over 28 years experience in telecommunications and information technology. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2004 as a Chief Master Sergeant. While in the Air Force, he was assigned for a cumulative 17 years in Asia, Central America and Europe. He performed, supervised and managed telecommunications maintenance in a variety of environments and missions, including tactical ground, fixed intelligence and airborne intelligence. Upon retiring, he entered federal service with the Department of Defense providing information technology infrastructure support to military medical treatment facilities. In this position he supported infrastructure hardware and software and served as the Tri-Service Infrastructure Program Management Office Director of Information Assurance. His last position in federal service was as the Chief, Information Assurance and Installation Information Assurance Manager for Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas.
