The community within, around and beyond the campus of Our Lady of the Lake University has continued to show an incredible level of love, support and faith in the University as the rebuilding effort moves forward. Main Building, along with the statue of Our Lady of Lourdes, continues to stand as a symbol of the University's unwavering strength and inspires all who pass by or hear about the events of and following May 6, 2008.

Through donations of funds, time and talent, the community has reached out with generosity.  In this section, learn how you can help OLLU rebuild so the University can serve many more students, change more lives and continue to serve as a beacon of hope and progress in the West Side of San Antonio. In addition to monetary donations, the OLLU community has committed to service hours to the city of San Antonio in its "Pledge to Serve" as a way to thank the citizens for their support.

Benefit events continue to take place throughout the year and through the power of the written word, the community has poignantly expressed its feelings about the University following the fire.
