SEQUENCE OF ONLINE COURSES
Academic Calendar and Online Course Format
The online school counseling program is offered in a cohort format. Each cohort will be comprised of 15-20 students who stay together during the duration of the program. The online school counseling program will follow the traditional OLLU academic calendar.
Cohort delivery offers unique benefits. As a member of a cohort you will have the opportunity to: build lasting professional and personal relationships; share similar educational goals; and offer and receive mutual academic and emotional support. At Our Lady of the Lake University, online classes are always taught by experienced faculty with a wide range of expertise, including current and former classroom teachers, principals, and district administrators, and state and nationally certified counselors, who blend theory and practical experiences to provide a rich environment for learning and growing.
