The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management prepares students for a human resources position in a variety of organizations both commercial and non-profit. Human resources professionals provide important services such as attracting and retaining workers, professional development of employees, managing benefits and compensation, providing training, and managing human resources information systems.
The curriculum includes the latest developments and is taught by business-experienced faculty and executive partners from local enterprises. The degree is offered through OLLU’s School of Business and Leadership and accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs.
