HOW TO CALCULATE GPA

Add the total amount of grade points and divide by the total amount of hours completed.  Grade points equal the hours the course is worth multiplied by grade point received in course.  Remember that courses taken pass/fail are not used in calculation of GPA.

Faculty may at their discretion add pluses or minuses to letter grades, these distinctions are not calculated in the grade point average.
