  • First, apply for a pin number:  
    You, as well as one parent, will need to apply for a pin number. The pin number is used to electronically sign the FAFSA.
  • Next, complete the FAFSA, which is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid:
    Make sure to indicate Our Lady of the Lake by including our school code: 003598.  The FAFSA application is available online beginning January 1st.  It is very important to apply early. You must reapply for financial aid each academic year, which includes Fall/Spring/Summer.

We may request additional documents once we receive your application. Please be sure to complete and submit all documents requested to our office in a timely manner.

Lastly, once your application is complete with us, we will review your eligibility for aid. At that time we will notify you via email of your award.
