Invitation for Sponsorship and Program Ads

In celebration of the 10th annual Center for Mexican American Studies and Research conference, we continue to showcase and promote scholarly and creative activity, which contributes to a broader and deeper understanding of Mexican American culture and experience in the U.S. This year's theme is "Higher Education: Cultural Issues and Cultural Studies." Many of the sessions will include research, scholarly and creative expressions reflective of a growing and significant presence in Mexican Americans in the U.S. The focus on higher education is also critical and timely, given the status of Latino/a students in postsecondary education.

The three-day conference will include a Student Research Symposium for undergraduate and graduate students, a Higher Education Institute for professional development of faculty and staff in higher education—particularly HSIs and emerging HSIs.
