We are pleased to collaborate with the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel San Antonio - Downtown, the host hotel for the CMASR Conference! Conveniently located, this hotel is less than 5 minutes from our campus.

Conference participants may reserve a Single or Double Room at a rate of $106. We have reserved a limited number of rooms through March 2, so we encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible.

* Overnight garage parking (based on availability)
* High Speed Internet in the guest rooms and public areas
* DoubleTree by Hilton Breakfast Buffet each morning served in Ventanas Bistro

On Campus Housing
A limited number of rooms are available on the OLLU campus. Priority will be given to student registrants for the 9th Annual CMASR conference. Rooms will be available from Wednesday, March 21 through Sunday, March 25.

Rates for on-campus housing are:

$30/person/per night (double occupancy)
$35/person/per night (single occupancy room)
