PAYMENT AGREEMENTS & FINAL CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

San Antonio, Houston, Rio Grande Valley and Online Students
Students must obtain Final Confirmation of Registration in order to complete the registration process and have their names listed on the class rosters. If students miss the deadline for obtaining Final Confirmation of Registration, registration will be cancelled.  More information on Final Confirmation of Registration Policy/Procedures can be found on the Student Business Office page in MyOLLU portal.   See Deadlines on the Important Dates page.

If a student decides not to attend and has already registerd, it is the responsibility of the student to formally withdraw per the Financial Obligation and Refunds Policy.  Students will be liable for any tuition due if they do not formally withdraw.  Online Payment Arrangement Procedures can be viewed via the MyOLLU Student Business Office Portal page.

Payment Plans/Agreements Overview

 

Agreements requiring no payment:
  • 100% Financial Aid Agreement: Students whose financial help exceeds total charges for the term, simply agree to the Financial Responsibility Policy when entering E-Commerce via MyOLLU Portal.

Agreements requiring payment and enrollment in a plan:

Traditional Plans - Agree to the Financial Responsibility Policy when entering E-Commerce via MyOLLU portal then continue to Enroll in a Payment Plan

  • 1 payment Traditional Pay in Full Agreement: Pay charges in full in one lump sum (no financial help or pay the difference between tuition and aid). Payment due at set up. $45 late fee for those who don’t pay at time of enrollment.

  • 2 payments Traditional Agreement: Pay charges in 2 installments (no financial help or pay the difference). First payment due at set up.  $45 late fee.

Deferred Agreements - Agree to the Financial Responsibility Policy when entering E-Commerce via MyOLLU portal then continue to Enroll in a Payment Plan

  • 1 Payment Deferred Agreement: Pay charges in full in one lump sum (no financial help or pay the difference between aid and tuition). First payment due on the set date posted. $45 late fee

  • 2 Payment Deferred Agreement: Pay charges in 2 installments (no financial help or pay the difference).  Payments due on the set date posted, usually 30 days apart starting in August ending in September.  $45 late fee for those who don't make payment at the time due.
    • Summer ONLY
    • Fast Track ONLY
  • 4 Payments Deferred Agreement: Pay charges in full in 4 payments (no financial help or pay the difference). Payments due on the set date posted, usually 30 days apart starting in August ending in November.  $45 enrollment fee required.
    • Spring Availability, no Fast Track Sessions
    • Fall Availability, no Fast Track Sessions

All Obligations must be paid per Our Lady of the Lake University Delinquency and Default Policy.
