New leadership roles require new skills. The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership is an interdisciplinary graduate program designed to help you move into leadership roles in your organization as well as hone your leadership skills should you already have a leadership position.
The graduate program in Organizational Leadership provides you with a platform from which to study leadership while you continue to work. Classes are offered on the weekend or online. You will complete the program as part of an interdisciplinary cohort. This experience helps you to develop your critical thinking and strategizing skills in preparation for leading cross-functional groups and teams.
Whether you are a civilian or in the military, this degree will enhance your leadership skills in a wide range of fields including business, education and healthcare administration. The interdisciplinary degree combines theory and fieldwork in order to help you become the ideal “practitioner-scholar,” who can provide enlightened leadership in the workplace.
Weekend students in the program attend classes in Fall, Spring and Summer semesters and classes meet every other week on Saturday (eight times). Most classes are four hours in length and full-time students take two courses each semester, making it possible to complete the program in two years.
