REGISTRAR'S

This site offers currently enrolled students information on some of the basic services offered by the Registrar's Office.  As more information is available it will be added to the site.  Student forms available in our office are also available online under  Downloadable forms for students.  These include, but are not  limited to, Enrollment Verification Forms  as well as Address Change Forms.  Be aware that these do need to be mailed in, or faxed in, to be valid. The Graduation information available may not be specific to the term currently in session.  Make sure to consult your advisor or the Registrar's Office for more information.

SAME DAY SERVICE AND/OR FED-EX OPTIONS FOR TRANSCRIPT(S) WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE MAY 1 THROUGH MAY 8 2013.

TRANSCRIPT FEE NOTICE: As requested by the University Board, effective Monday, October 1, 2012 there will be a fee for official Our Lady of the Lake transcripts. Cost of transcript will be $5.00 each and is due upon request. Additional fees may be applied based on how student is requesting transcript to be processed.
