Who can use the UWAC?

Our Lady of The Lake University students, faculty, staff, and alumni are permitted to use the facilities, equipment, and services of the UWAC.   Current University ID card or Alumni card is required.  All guests must be accompanied by a University student faculty member, staff member, or alumnus at all times.

Are There Any Rules For The UWAC?

  • Appropriate dress, including shirt and shoes, is required at all times, unless in locker rooms.
  • Alcoholic beverages, smoking, weapons and firearms, and Skating, skateboarding, and bicycling are prohibited in the UWAC.
  • Animals, with the exception of service animals for people with disabilities, are prohibited in the UWAC.
  • Red drinks are prohibited in carpeted conference rooms.
  • Equipment and furnishings may not be removed from the UWAC without the Director of Campus Activities/University Center's approval.
  • The University is not responsible for personal belongings of UWAC guests.
