The College of Professional Studies (CPS) at Our Lady of the Lake University prepares students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels to work with culturally and linguistically diverse individuals, families and groups. Many of the programs in CPS are nationally accredited and are delivered by internationally recognized faculty who are active in both research and the community. Students have opportunities to engage in research, professional practice, experiences in the field and service-learning projects so they learn the many skills they will need in the professional worlds where they will work.
Inspired by the Congregation of Divine Providence, OLLU's founding order, the academics and support services of CPS are focused on service, community and student-centeredness. Through the many experiential learning opportunities in each program, CPS prepares students for professional practice and empowers them to grow, to graduate and to lead.
