How do I apply for graduation?
Apply in person at the Registrar's Office, through WebAdvisor, or fill out the "Graduation Application" form, and submit to the Registrar's Office via fax or mail. Forms can also be hand delivered to the office. There is no fee for graduation.

How do I order a duplicate diploma?
Order in person at the Registrar's Office or print and fill out the Duplicate Diploma form. Submit to the Registrar's Office via fax, or mail. Forms can also be hand delivered to the office. There is a $50 fee per diploma. Allow 6-8 weeks for processing.

How do I order official OLLU transcripts?
Print, complete and submit the Transcript Request Form to the Registrar's Office via fax or mail. Forms can also be hand delivered to the office.

Transcripts can also be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse.

How do I order an Enrollment Verification?
Print, complete and submit the Enrollment Verification Form to the Registrar's Office via fax or mail. Forms can also be hand delivered to the office. 

How do I get a grade report?
To get an official grade report, print, complete and submit the Request for Grade Report to the Registrar's Office via fax or mail. Forms can also be hand delivered to the office.

What is FERPA?
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal Law (also known as the Buckley Amendment) that protects the privacy of a student's educational records. FERPA applies to all educational agencies and institutions that receive funds under any program administered by the Secretary of Education. View more Privacy Act information.

What is a Letter of Completion or Letter of Anticipated Completion?
A Letter of Completion states what degree has been earned and the date the degree was conferred. A Letter of Anticipated Completion will say what degree the student is working toward and the anticipated date of completion for that degree. To receive either letter, the student must obtain the appropriate form, complete and submit to the Registrar's Office via fax or mail. Forms can also be hand delivered to the office. 

What is a Letter of Standing Request?
This form should be completed prior to taking a course at another institution. It allows the Registrar's Office personnel to review and determine if the course is transferrable and meets the degree requirement for the student. Complete the Request to Take Courses at Another College/University form, complete and submit to the Registrar's Office via fax or mail. Forms can also be hand delivered to the office.
